The Special Needs Ministry’s focus is on providing both spiritual and physical help to individuals with disabilities and their families. We also realize the importance of a reciprocal relationship as we learn and benefit from one another’s gifts by having people with disabilities within the body of Christ.
We want to welcome you to our ministry and let you know that you are not alone and you are loved. Please check out all the wonderful opportunities we have for your individual with special needs. We serve preschoolers (birth-kindergarten), children, and students with special needs.

At The Church at Nolensville, our preschool ministry serves babies through kindergartners with special needs. Our goal is to provide opportunities for your preschooler to learn about Jesus at a young age! We strive to support each child in our ministry to successfully access their classroom setting with their same-age peers. We provide an adult buddy for each child in our ministry to support inclusion, regardless of disability. A sensory room is also available during each service hour where children can take a break as needed.

The Children’s Ministry at The Church at Nolensville is for children in Grades 1-5. We strive to support each child in our ministry to successfully access their classroom setting with their same-age peers. We strive to support each student in our ministry to successfully access their classroom setting with their same-age peers. We provide a teen or adult buddy for each student in our ministry to support inclusion, regardless of disability.

When your loved one is on the campus of our church, his or her safety is our top priority. That’s why we work very hard to have plans in place in the event of an emergency, like a fire or tornado.
