Men In Training | September 12-November 14 | Thursday Mornings

Men In Training (MIT) is a large, semester-based Focus Study for men of all ages and stages of life. We study God’s Word together, then break into small groups to discuss the text, share life together, and grow toward Christ-likeness. Come make new friends while you experience God at work in your life.

THIS SEMESTER’S STUDY: DO YOUR JOB: Reclaiming Our Roles as Stewards

In this day and age, there is a lot of confusion about masculinity, the role and purpose of men, and what it means to be a man in general. Whenever we’re confused, we need to go back to the point where we weren’t confused and start over.

So, where do we go back to begin again? I would suggest we go back to the beginning—Genesis. In the story of creation, we see the foundational role of men in the world—the role of steward. The steward doesn’t own anything, but is entrusted by the Master to maximize the Master’s investment.

So, what does it mean to see ourselves as stewards of our wives?
Of our children?
Of our friendships?
Of our careers and ministries?

Join us this fall as we explore the implications of the biblical role of men, stewards, in the Bible Study called, Do Your Job: Recovering Men’s Biblical Role of Stewardship.

We begin at 6:45 AM with coffee for main assembly then break into small table groups. Registration not required. Open to all men each week.
